Job Title: Revenue Cycle Associate

Job Summary: The Revenue Cycle Associate is responsible for managing the revenue cycle for a healthcare organization. This includes overseeing billing processes, reconciling payments, and ensuring that all revenue streams are tracked and monitored. The position will also provide customer service to patients and other stakeholders.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of billing regulations and best practices.

• Process and follow-up on claims, payments, and denials.

• Monitor accounts receivable and outstanding accounts.

• Generate reports to analyze revenue cycle performance.

• Resolve any customer billing issues or disputes.

• Work with the accounting department to ensure accurate accounts receivable data.

• Provide customer service to patients, families, and other stakeholders.

• Remain current on changes to healthcare regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.

• Previous experience in a healthcare revenue cycle position.

• Strong understanding of medical coding and billing regulations.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.

• Proficiency with MS Office and other accounting software.
